MRC is a 501©3 non-profit charitable organization located in Savannah, GA. In 2003 we received accreditation from the Georgia Accreditation Commission and have been a member of the National Association of Private Special Education Centers since 1998. Through vital partnerships with existing medical, educational and community services we provide special programs that enhance the quality of life for these children. Statistics show that with early intervention they can lead full and productive lives.

Our Center serves a population of over 400,000 in Savannah, Georgia as well as Beaufort, Jasper, one of the poorest counties in our area, and Hampton County in South Carolina. Due to the socio-economic dynamics in our area, a majority of our families rely on scholarships to attend our school. It is only with the selfless generosity of like-minded citizens who share this goal that the work of our school is allowed to continue.

Your partnership would enable a child who might not get the appropriate learning situation in the public school arena to get the education they so richly deserve. Disorders of the brain are the most common and most disabling health problems affecting children. Your support means that services, previously unavailable to those children and their families in our region, are now readily accessible and they come with the expertise expected of major metropolitan areas.
